These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and fh99 ("Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our") governing your access to and use of the fh99 website, mobile browser interface, games, betting services, promotional offers, and all related features available at fh99.asia. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the fh99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account, accessing the fh99 website, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the fh99 platform and close your account. fh99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use fh99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fh99 applies a strict minimum age policy and will verify age during the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of fh99 is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current or former employee of fh99, or an immediate family member of such an employee, in any capacity that may create a conflict of interest.
• You must register only one account. Multiple accounts per person are prohibited. fh99 will close duplicate accounts and may forfeit associated balances.

fh99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account restriction, suspension, or permanent closure at fh99's sole discretion.

fh99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Bangladeshi mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fh99 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

The following payment conditions apply to all fh99 accounts:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the platform's payment interface.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. fh99 processes verified withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally possible, typically within a few hours during standard operating hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to operational constraints. fh99 may apply withdrawal verification checks for large transaction amounts.
• fh99 reserves the right to delay or decline any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

fh99 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees. Players are responsible for any such third-party fees. All currency conversions, where applicable, are applied at the prevailing mid-market rate at the time of the transaction.

fh99 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in reports to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information about live hands or events in real time, or otherwise undermine the integrity of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions to obtain credits, free spins, or any other benefit not intended by fh99. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, or using fh99 in any manner that facilitates money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions imposed by fh99 for responsible gaming or security reasons.

fh99 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, fh99 may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending and settled bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct, forfeit all real-money and bonus balances, and report the matter to law enforcement or financial regulatory authorities where required by law.

All content on the fh99 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any compilations thereof — is the exclusive property of fh99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fh99 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any part of the fh99 platform or its content without the prior written consent of fh99. Unauthorised use of fh99 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

fh99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fh99 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via their registered email address. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law and the internal policies of fh99. fh99 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for determining the lawfulness of their participation in online gambling under the laws applicable to them.
